Man, I love this little bugger. She’s a performer…she totally LOVES to sing. She wakes up singing some mornings. I get a kick out of the songs that I overhear sometimes. She really digs “Ring of Fire” by Johnny Cash & asks to hear it constantly. I HAVE to get that one recorded soon.

Syd & I went for another run tonight. She’s pretty good! We went about a mile this time. I love it!

So after a week & a half of watching my lifestyle a bit closer, I’ve got a bit to report. Nothing mind blowing but results for sure.
I rated myself on a scale of 1 (poor) - 5 (excellent) on the following questions:
The week started badly w/ a 2,3,3 then gradually went up to a set of 4’s on Thursday. Now it’s sorta equaled out to a pretty consistent OK energy & concentration level. Not to mention, I’m just slightly less bitchy than I was a week ago which I’m sure my coworkers are grateful for.
Good enough for me!
In other news…Justin & Jeral went to Columbus, OH for a huge tattoo convention called “Hell City” where Jeral will be doing a book signing and Justin will be selling some fine, fine art prints. Check it out if you’re in the area…you won’t regret it.
